The adjacent park and the development’s own landscaped spaces are different features. A park-side address does not establish that every apartment overlooks the park, has direct access to it or includes private outdoor space. Compare the unit’s orientation, floor and balcony plan with the building position and the walking route to the park. Meraki lists separate adult and children’s pools, an indoor gym and a wellness pavilion as shared project amenities; these do not establish private-pool inclusion or that facilities are already operating.
