Who is responsible for the content?
Project research notes, comparison questions and buyer worksheets are published under the Projects Atlas name. A linked developer, authority or listing provider is a source, not the author or endorser of our guidance. Contact Projects Atlas through our published contact details with questions about the content.
A directory entry is not an independent property inspection, a recommendation to buy or proof of a developer’s regulatory status. Do not infer professional licensing, legal review, a site visit or a customer testimonial unless the specific page supplies that information and its basis.
Our team and research tools
We use AI-assisted research and drafting to help organise project information and buyer questions. The Projects Atlas team is responsible for the published content and correction requests. A Projects Atlas byline does not mean a named person has independently inspected the property or verified every field.
Use our contact page to raise a factual correction or request a conversation with Adam about your shortlist. We identify source-review dates separately from publication dates so you can see what was checked and when.
How we use sources
We use official developer material for attributable project statements and official authority pages for the matters they cover. Developer marketing remains a developer statement, not an independent guarantee. Third-party property records can help identify projects and historical terms; they do not establish current unit availability.
Project pages link to their sources. Selected pages also have dated editorial research notes. Our sources and coverage report explains the directory’s review depth and remaining gaps. The catalogue is selected coverage, not a complete register of every UAE project or available unit.
What the dates mean
A source-check date records a review of the stated source. It does not mean every field on the page was independently reconfirmed on that date. Editorial-review dates apply to the accompanying research notes. Guide publication, source-check and update dates are shown separately where available.
Prices, payment schedules, target handovers and availability can change after a review. Confirm the exact unit, phase, contract and current terms before making a commitment. Republishing a page does not make an older quotation current.
Conflicting or incomplete information
We label unresolved differences and missing details rather than treating estimates as confirmed facts. A source may describe a particular phase or an earlier offer; it should not automatically be applied to every unit. “Check availability” means confirmation is needed, not that stock is available.
Our shortlists and comparisons are research aids. They are not performance rankings, guaranteed-return selections or endorsements by a government authority.
Calculators and investment examples
Our rental calculator uses your price, rent, vacancy, cost and financing assumptions. Hypothetical worked examples are labelled and must not be read as market averages or forecasts. Currency conversion requires an explicit exchange-rate input.
Read each tool’s assumptions and exclusions. A result is only as reliable as the inputs, and income, occupancy, financing and resale outcomes are not guaranteed. Educational content does not replace independent advice about your personal financial, legal or tax circumstances.
Request a correction
Email adam@projectsatlas.com with the page URL, the statement you believe is incorrect, a dated source and the proposed correction. Please avoid sending passports, bank details or other sensitive personal documents.
Our correction standard is to check the supporting evidence, amend supported factual errors and make unresolved uncertainty visible. Submitting a request does not automatically change a listing. A material correction should explain the changed fact or uncertainty; it should not silently turn an old source into a new verification.
