Identify which tower contains the offered unit, how residents and business visitors enter, and which amenities are allocated to each part of the scheme. For a duplex, compare the internal staircase and rooms on each level with a single-level apartment of similar advertised size. Marina or sea imagery should be checked against the actual unit orientation.
