The published size range is 387–3,925 square feet across different residence types; it is not the size range of one apartment layout. A duplex comparison should account for stairs and how bedrooms are divided between levels, while a terrace-heavy plan needs separate internal and outdoor areas. The developer lists a pool, open-air cinema, yoga studio, gym, steam room, sauna and children’s splash pool. Its stepped-roof design is marketed for views, but the outlook depends on the particular unit’s floor and orientation. Check that the offer identifies Mirasol rather than the separately marketed Mirasol II phase.
