A useful building-level distinction appears in Aldar’s amenity list: roof gardens with seating and lawn are specified for buildings 5 and 7 only. Do not assume every building has the same rooftop facilities or that a shared roof garden is a private terrace. The wider list also includes a cinema, lounge, children’s club and podium garden. Match those facilities to the exact building and access route when comparing homes. A townhouse should also be assessed separately for its entrance, outdoor space and relationship to shared circulation.
