Gardenia Livings

BEFORE YOU SHORTLIST

What to know about this project

For a completed building, assess the actual apartment and its operating environment rather than relying only on launch illustrations. Completion of the project does not establish whether an individual home is vacant, occupied or currently offered for sale. The developer website also promotes other developments; their beachfront settings, layouts or furnishing packages should not be carried across to Gardenia Livings in Arjan.

Questions for your unit enquiry

• Confirm the apartment number, measured internal and outdoor areas, parking and the written included-fixtures list.
• Arrange a viewing or independent inspection and record any repairs that must be completed before possession.
• Request the current service-charge statement and clarify any unpaid charges or shared-facility restrictions.
• Verify occupancy and possession timing for the selected apartment before planning a move or an income start date.

Is Gardenia Livings the same as Aark’s beachfront development?

No. Gardenia Livings’ dedicated project page identifies Arjan, Dubai. Check each Aark development by its own name, location and unit documents.
