DAMAC’s official page describes a 20-million-square-foot masterplan and currently displays four- and five-bedroom homes with Q4 2030 delivery references. Availability and pricing can vary by cluster and residence. Projects Atlas therefore does not turn the community headline into a unit-specific promise or assume that terms from the original DAMAC Islands apply to Islands 2.
