Cove Boulevard combines apartments and offices in Dubailand Residence Complex. Its residential selection includes studios and one- to three-bedroom homes; an office is a different purchase and use case.
Confirm whether the offered unit is residential or commercial, its permitted use, service charges and the applicable payment schedule. Do not apply apartment rental assumptions to an office.
Cove Edition I offers furnished studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. It is a separate project from Cove Boulevard and from the later numbered Cove Edition releases.
The official page still gives June 2026 in its FAQ and Q3 2026 in its progress section. Both dates have passed at this review; neither proves handover. Request current completion and handover documents, the exact building name and the furnishing schedule.
Cotier House has a Dubai Islands marina-front setting, with apartments, duplex suites, terrace houses and penthouses in its published residence mix. The developer currently displays Q1 2027 as its estimated completion date.
Confirm the exact floor plan and view for the offered home, its furnishing inclusions and contractual delivery date. Cotier House 2 is a separate listing; match the project name on the offer and contract.
